Hello, I’m Claire - the owner & therapist of Toe to Soul Holistics
This company was born out of my love for all things holistic, spiritual and things that are just generally really interesting, really pleasurable or really good for you
Previously a registered adult nurse for over 18 years, I’ve always used and loved so called ‘‘alternative treatments”. Our western way of treating health has largely been ‘ a pill for an ill’, we treat the symptom and not the cause. This is where complementary medicine slots so beautifully into this process , seeing the person as a whole - mind body AND soul seeking to bring peaceful harmony to all these systems
My particular interests are functional medicine, energy medicine and essential oils. Several years ago I decided to re-train as a reflexologist, then reiki master and the rest quickly followed
I believe that Mother Nature and our bodies hold all the secrets that we need to live a long, healthy and happy life. Thats not to say that aspects of modern medicine aren’t amazing , however, everything within our body systems and in the natural world are designed to give you your optimum health and happiest life
